Tom Elfers is the son of Wayne Elfers, a former Covington Commissioner.
In addition to being a life-long resident of Northern Kentucky, Tom is a graduate of Beechwood High School and attended Xavier University on an Army ROTC scholarship. He then served as an officer in the U.S. Army Reserve until 1994.
Tom lives in Edgewood with his wife, Vickie, and their two daughters, Cassie and Elicia.
Tom is running for the Commissioner seat in Kenton Countys 2nd District. He will face the winner of the Republican primary in November.
